Zahidi date fruit

Zahidi dates are medium sized and distinctively oval in shape.

Zahidi dates are found in two types of dry and wet tropical regions in Iran (Fars and Kerman provinces). The best of Zahidi Date is cultivated in this area. also the most extensive production is the Dashtestan city in Bushehr Province (around 16,250 hectares of land).

They contain iron, potassium, B-vitamins, flavonoids, antioxidants and almost all twenty amino acids.
